Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel staff for their helpfulness and accommodating service, especially in assisting with transfers and providing recommendations. The location was highlighted as convenient, particularly for those embarking on cruises, being close to the port and other amenities. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the breakfast, describing it as basic, limited, or poorly managed. While the rooms were often described as spacious and clean, some noted that the facilities and decor were dated. Overall, the hotel met the needs of travelers in transit, with service and location standing out as key positives.
