Pros (+) The staff was all very friendly. The room was always very clean, despite the awful smoke smell.
Cons (-) We booked through Kayak and ended up in a smoking room. The hotel staff said booking on third party sites would often result in this. Nowhere on our reservation did it note that we were in a smoking room so there was no way for me to confirm this until the hotel was full and there was no chance of switching rooms.
