I like the location, the staff the shower and my bed. The pool was very nice and has a great atmosphere
Food options near by. It seem every restaurant is owned by the same people so the menus are the same.
We booked for 3 adults. It noted in the reservation that the hotel would choose room to accommodate guests. The room had a king bed and a small lounger. When I requested a room to fit all of us, the option they gave me was to get a rollout bed and pay and additional amount of money.

Room was very nice. Upper floor very quiet. Seemed excessive that I paid $30 a day to valet and another $35 per day resort fee. Not really sure what the resort fee paid for...
Cheaper faster pool side food. More security present. There were a couple of drunks poolside over the weekend who were playing very loud music even though the resort pipes in its own music. I paid a lot for my week and I expected a quieter, more upscale poolside environment. It seemed fine during the week but the weekend crowd was loud and drunk. Not a very family friendly environment on Sunday.

Did not like that I was not notified of the extra $30.00 per day resort fee . Also did not appreciate that the bartender told me they only get 17% of the 19% tip that is added to the bill. As though 17% is not enough very rude on her part. If she has a issue discuss with management not the customers

The room was nice but being such a new hotel, there shouldn't have been stains on the carpet and in the corners the carpet was coming up. I pool was over crowed and no one was policing the chairs. Anyone from the beach (not staying at the hotel) could come use the pool even though they are not supposed to because there was no one checking and the gate did not lock. I saw at least 6 chairs where it was obvious they did were not staying at the hotel.
