The facility was old and tired, carpets in hall stained. Employees good and friendly location good. Looks like they were holding on until something else came along. The food fair. Parking addional charge 14.95 a day.

Very convenient location and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the facility, furniture and rooms were dingy and not very clean. They really should put some effort into updating and appearance-you’d feel better about the room rates. There weren’t any other hotels nearby that we noticed, but this Comfort Inn had more of a motel feel.

Rooms were clean. Staff was excellent and Mariah Carey concert the best! We got food from subway around the corner and took advantage of the Papa John’s special on our key cards!!

Pros (+) Bed and pillows.
Cons (-) Elevator. Laundry room.

Pros (+) We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Wolstein arena. I was a bit nervous seeing several bad reviews but our room was great. Lots of options for breakfast in the morning.
Cons (-) My only real complaint is that the bathroom was very small and our room got reall warm overnight. We had the ac on even though it was roughly 40 degrees outside.

Cons (-) Lots of construction next door which provided lots of loud noise. Very hard to sleep and relax.

Cons (-) Paid for a king bed and they only had a queen. Not impressed. Also the room wasn't ready when we went to check in at 330 pm.
