Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent and central location, often highlighting beautiful views of the river or city as a major positive. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Bed comfort was a frequent complaint, with guests describing mattresses and pillows as uncomfortable or inadequate. Several guests were disappointed by the lack of breakfast or breakfast options, especially when it was expected or included in the price. Overall, while the location is a clear strength, issues with cleanliness, comfort, and amenities detracted from the experience.
