Pros:Close to the beach and city center Great value for the money.
Cons:All good.
Pros:Checking in was a breeze.
Cons:WiFi in common areas only. There isn’t a casino attached to the hotel, but it is next door, if you want to call it a casino. It’s very loud with music across the street until 2:30 am. Front desk told us to turn up our TV to drain out noise. Manager refused to give our money back for the nights we didn’t use and told us to ask the bar that was noisy to refund it instead, when we tried to checkout early.
Pros:This hotel is right in the middle of everything. We went to dinner right across the street, to a bar down the street and you can walk everywhere from here!
Cons:Parking is hard here - we had a rental car and our only options were along the street in front of the hotel if it was available, or their “parking lot” which was straight uphill and only a couple small spots. Also, there were were a lot of tiny little ants. And I mean a lot, all over in the bathroom, all over the sink, etc. We also didn’t have hot water (or we couldn’t figure it out), so we couldn’t use the shower there.
Pros:Loved the food at the restaurant. Better yhan some all inclusive high end places as far as taste and flavor goes. We had the american breakfast which was filling and tasty and the best part is it was $2! The seafood soup and lobster was amazing! Worth every penny but we had $100 credit at the hotel being we went to a presentation next door. Which was an ordeal but after some time and lots of confusion we got a massage and free dinner out of it. We also loved the vibe when you walk in, and enjoyed the vibe of the pool and restaurant at night woth all the lights, very pretty setting.
Cons:Things that would elevate the room. Better windows that block the noise of the opposing bars on the streets. I luckily know myself and brought a noise machine with me but could still semi hear the vibrations and music anyway but it wasnt loud enough that i couldnt sleep. Also i feel like they just need to paint the lower portions of the doors and it would make the room for cleaner, but it was clean. Adding one more bar of soap to each room wpild be nice so each person has one or you can use one for your hands at the sink and one for the shower. Also adding another garbage in the room would be nice instead of having to go to the bathroom each time. Also using black out drapes that close all the way and having a valance that is actually useful instead of letting so much light in would elevate the quality of the room. That said, for the price its worth staying here.
