The boarding agents appeared to do the minimum customer service. They did not appear to try to find solutions to problems.
Pilots concern for safety was excellent. Flights were pretty much on time & bags made it too. Food was decent for airline food. For some reason Delta tagged me for extra security when I hold a Global Entry/TSA pre-check #. At connecting flight at JFK because Delta didnt honor my pre-check # we nearly missed our connecting flight as we had to wait in line for 45 minutes to get through security. Really Delta!!! Secondly, we were not notified by Delta's partner airline KLM that our flight from JFK to Amsterdamn was cancelled until the day before oue scheduled travel date. We had no idea Delta re-scheduled us until me made a call where we were on hold for 30 minutes. Delta did reschedule us but we lost upgraded seats we paif for. Of course ths extra money for the upgraded seats was not returned. Really important - Delta customer service doesnt know how Customs works at JFK if you have a connecting flight. The wait time to get through Customs on 10/4/23 @ 1700 was 60 to 90 minutes & then you had to go through TSA security again where the wait time was 45 minutes. If we didnt have Global Entry no way we would of made the connecting flight. If your travelling through JFK off an international flight with connections better have 3 to 4 hours between flights. Delta agents told us it only takes a few minutes. Some flight attendants were awesome & others really didnt want to be there but that is pretty much with every airline.
W were seated in the middle of 4-seat row so we had to bother other passengers to get out. Seats were packed together too tightly. It was a very uncomfortable place to sit for 8 hours.
Highly recommend. If you do not have Global Entry avoid BYC Kennedy! Horrible ground experience for immigration, luggage transfer and to connect to next flight with boarding card ready! Average wait standing in lines 2 hours! So 1900s security facilities in NYC Kennedy!!
Everything was great but the difference in paying for comfort + did not seem worth it.
I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time
I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.
The seats are too cramped in that plane. If you’re above 1,80m consider alternatives or first class I guess… There were no emergency exits to seat somewhere with more legroom
They boarding was incredibly disorganized and very late departure because of how bad it was.
Great crew No entertainment as very short flight and not necessary so no problem I slept so don’t know if there was food or not but there normally is
No priority boarding or dedicated checkin for premium economy Plane over heated Terrible food — stale dessert No snacks available Drink glasses minuscule Will avoid Lufthansa flights in future. Literally the worst value ever.
No way flights should have been suggested or sold with such little time in between for multiple security checks and customs AND terminal changes. All boarding passes were not given by first airline. We had to run in Frankfurt and missed flight in Chicago.
I would have liked an aisle seat but because the flight was full I couldn’t be accommodated. All in all it was fine.
It was very pleasant to fly with WestJet! I would recommend to my friends. The crews were very nice too!
The plane was dirty and parts were broken. Really run down. My table kept falling down because the latch was broken. Flight attendants were just plain old mean. Don't waste your money going to Canada unless you absolutely have to. It's a hellhole.
Only issue was noise, but that was two women talking very loudly and even head phones didn't drown out. No issue with airline other than being late.
