Guests say
Most guests highlighted the hotel's excellent central location and the spaciousness of the rooms. Some reviewers also praised the friendliness of certain staff members and the cleanliness of select rooms. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing rude or unhelpful staff, and several mentioned issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and maintenance problems. Noise and confusing layouts were also noted as drawbacks. Overall, while the location and room size were positives, service and cleanliness need improvement.

Pros (+) The staff is very pleasant when you can find them.
Cons (-) Only 1 of 2 elevators was working. Mold in shower. 3 of us were staying in suite but they only provided 2 towels and never brought more despite 2 calls to desk. Facilities are worn, tile falling off baseboard. Temperature in room was too warm and there was no ac.
