Took over 3 hours to check in, bed wasn't comfortable, was put into room that we didn't ask for. Took so long to check in we missed our dinner reservation for our anniversary.
Bar staff attentive.
The room was not heated properly for the weather. Corner room’s bathroom was cold.
Lots of issues...
The food was good
The rooms were not ready for everyone in my conference and some people did not get their room until 9pm. Also, all of the cards to enter the rooms stopped working b/c they were programmed to expire after 1 day, but we all stayed 2 days.
Not bad but overpriced. Room was comfortable but beat-up and didn’t feel well maintained. Feels like a hotel that was nice a decade ago but has gotten shabby without pricing accordingly.
Location and Starbucks in the lobby.
The hotel was very dusty and not well maintained. I felt like my stay was equivalent to a motel.
Not worth my $
Parking was not free which forced me and my gf to pay for there overpriced horrible food, there was no trash bags in the trash cans and the staff was mean
The staff were extremely friendly! The beds were comfy. I liked that the parking garage was a quick walk to the hotel and you didn't have to walk outside at all. Everywhere we decided to go was a quick drive to and from our hotel which was very convenient.
The hotel room floors seemed dirty and somewhat sticky feeling. Parking for this hotel was ridiculously expensive. Someone must have vomitted in the lobby bc there was an awful vomit smell the two times we walked through the lobby. We were looking forward to grabbing a coffee once we got to our hotel and the Starbucks ended up being closed. I expected the hotel to be a bit more updated for the price of the room.
Slightly Above Mediocre
Bed is comfortable. Front desk staff and valet professional.
Housecleaning: seems like they don't care. Take the tips. It no effort in cleaning the room.
Room was clean, and comfortable. Bed was very comfy! Hotel was conveniently located on a bus line, and cabs were also easy to get. Many good eateries and places to drink within walking distance. Very friendly staff. Best perk? Starbucks in the lobby!
We were traveling on a very busy weekend, and I realize that. However, the check-in process was painfully slow. The line to get checked in was out the front door by 330 pm. There appeared to be four computers at the main desk, but we never witnessed more than three employees working at them, and mostly there were only two. We stood in line for a solid 25 minutes before being taken care of. Staff was friendly and courteous.
I loved that bottled water and premium coffee were in our room. Also had very comfortable bed and friendly staff that was very helpful when we asked about different areas to visit.
Business hotel without hot water
No hot water in the morning, whether at 7 am or 9. It was approximately 70 degrees -- not hot enough to shower or shave. Front desk attendant offered an $8 credit. Really? Never, ever again.
Liked that it right it the heart of the downtown area. In walking distance to all attractions. Valet parking is worth having.
