Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast offerings and found the beds to be comfortable. However, several reviews noted that the rooms were quite small and, in some cases, noisy, especially those facing the courtyard.
