The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating nature, often going above and beyond to assist guests. The pool was highlighted as a pleasant feature, providing a great way to cool off after excursions. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several guests noting well-kept rooms and facilities. Breakfast was also positively mentioned, with some guests enjoying the variety and quality of the food.
