Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and generally good cleanliness. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with the quality of service, particularly at the reception, where staff were often described as unhelpful or disrespectful. Cleanliness is mostly rated positively, though some mention areas needing improvement. Opinions on breakfast are mixed, and several guests feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price paid. Overall, while the location and cleanliness are appreciated, service and value are common concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
