Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime ski-in/ski-out location and the excellent, friendly service provided by staff, especially in the ski room and reception. Many appreciated the quality of breakfast and overall cleanliness. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of amenities such as spa, pool, or room service, and found the rooms to be small or dated.
