Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Service was mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful while others reported poor customer service and unresolved problems. Value for price was often questioned due to outdated facilities, maintenance issues, and unexpected charges. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service consistency, and facility upkeep.
