Pros:The view from our balcony was amazing! Our sheets and towels were clean. We were kept awake by a tarp outside our room, and the staff did try to make that right. I appreciated them for all they did.
Cons:I should have listened to other reviews... I don't expect much from a hotel outside of cleanliness. We have stayed as a family at some less than fancy hotels and been satisfied because they were clean. The lobby was clean. Our sheets and towels were clean, but other areas of the hotel and our room were not. Floors, Pool, guestbook, and room seating were unvacuumed, visibly dirty, and stained. We ended up cutting our stay short to stay in nearby Klamath. I haven't checked my bank account to confirm, but I do believe I wasn't charged for the cancellation because of a noise coming from the next room that kept us up all night.

Pros:Loved the location and views. Bartender made perfect drinks. Had a great burger in the restaurant!
Cons:Dirty pillow cases. Free bfast was cold. The place needs a face lift. Most of the staff don’t even acknowledge your presence. So much potential here but it appears to be run poorly or is lacking leadership and a want to deliver a world class experience. Did it meet my basic expectations? Almost. A couple small changes and my visit would have been drastically different.

Cons:The sound proofing is almost non-existent. The bed was very hard. The room was clean, but the carpet on the stairway looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in months.

Cons:I was nearing the end of a12 day, 23 state Road trip with my wife and 2 young daughters in January 2017 and looking to experience the red wood forest...now for the worst experience I have ever had.. Management whom is also the owner, older Asian man "Xj" clearly does not care about customers or customer service. I had paid extra for an oceanview room. Once I arrived in my room I quickly noticed my room faced a housing complex and a parking lot. I went to the front desk to express my discontent with the room as is stated to do in their paperwork within the first 30min. After she said she could move me to another room for an additional fee I said enough is enough and asked for a refund for the additional cost I paid for the ocean view room or for the entire room. She said she had to get her manager who was in street clother and was sitting at the bar drinking with a few other people. He came over and argued that the room was an ocean view, which not only had I looked out my window but I also walked around the hotel just to make sure it clearly wasn't before talking to staff. Once I told him this he replied " You damn Americans, I don't have time for this. How did you reserve your room?" I told him I reserved online and had selected the * pay at the hotel option. * he replied "good take it up with the website now get out of my hotel" and he went back to the bar. Not sure what just happened I called Expedia who said they couldn't refund me because I paid at the hotel, he wouldn't refund me because I reserved online clearly he was trying to keep the money I had paid. I had to cancel the payment through my credit card company. I had never experienced anything like this in my life and was mortified that someone cared so little about customers in the hospitality industry. The rooms smell horribly of smoke and mildew, mediocre outdated furniture, many better options in this small tourist town. I stayed at a different hotel and had great service and a good room.

Cons:Rooms were Dirty used bandaid with blood on floor in bathroom in first room someone else's clothes in drawers of second room. Restaruant was expensive and terrible mostly frozen entrees heated up. Front desk staff not allowed to recommend other restaurants in the area. Looks on doors did not work.

Pros:The room was vary nice and comfortable, it had a great view of the ocean with a balcony. Bathroom had a one person jet tub that was nice. There were a few signs of repair in the hallways and some in our room but over all a vary nice hotel. This hotel was vary dog friendly and I saw many guests with there dogs. They had a nice restaurant with good food you could bring to room and eat if you like.
Cons:Some signs of repair and restoration in the halls and bathroom.

Cons:$50 pet fee. Rooms say oceanfront but they arent. They are parking lot view. Misleading and hotel makes no accomodations for their errors.
