Pros (+) The breakfast was great, and the people serving it were amazing. The room was very comfortable, it seems to have been recently re-decorated / upgraded. Good wifi, heater/AC, and the Alexa room automation was a nice touch.
Cons (-) The front desk did not do a good hand-off from shift-to-shift. (evening shift did not share our info and their promise to the night shift, so when my parents came in late, we were made uncomfortable and told they could not provide what the evening shift promised us we could have). The common-area facilities are tired and need upgrading...like doors, hallways, lobby, elevator.
Pros (+) We were in the area to find a new home and were right at home at The Cupertino Inn. Very comfortable. Great buffet breakfast and appetizers in the evening.

Cons (-) Major issue: HOUSEKEEPING DID NOT CLEAN MY ROOM. I had organized the room specifically to help housekeeping do an efficient job and needed all new towels and stuff...but returned at 6pm to a (still) dirty room. Cons (-) Phone didn't work, no easily accessible bedside lamp, carpet could be replaced.

Pros (+) Rooms are very well kept and the beds very comfortable. Clean, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was included, not a ton of options, but tasty. There was also a happy hour on one of the nights we were there, which was surprising and very nice after a long day of driving.
Cons (-) Facilities a little outdated, you can tell that the hotel is not new. Rooms are a little dark. Very slow elevator.
Pros (+) Very nice hotel in a great area. For the gym they are affiliated with the YMCA which was amazing. Will definitely stay here again
