One of the luggages got damages in one of its corners. Probably need to buy a new one. Could not report it as the damage was found outside the airport.
I dont like the flight esa delete
Pros: Crew and c/i were kind
Cons: Boarding was disorganized and poorly managed. No sections no organization of luggage and storage etc
Cons: The flight was booked round trip and the experience coming back was terrible. The same standards were not applied. Serval passengers weren’t allowed to take small carryons that would fit under the seat. I paid for a seat and bag with my flight and was charged again leaving Prague. The online booking kept freezing and wouldn’t allow me to check in for my flight. So frustrating.
Pros: Nice crew
Cons: The plane should be heated before the passengers are boarded. Everybody stayed in all their layers until leaving the plane as it was very cold onboard the whole flight.
Cons: The seating place are really small. If you're tall it's painfully. The seats are short, no forehead. The boarding wasn’t well organized like with British Airways.
Pros: Staff was nice and welcoming. Flight was smooth.
Cons: Snacks should be included in the price.
Cons: Flight was delayed for about an hour with apologies but without explanation. They tried to get us to check our baggage and we had to prove to them that the suitcases were the right size for the overhead bins even though others with similar bags didn’t have to
Pros: Letim s CSA po 4 a pokazde melo letadlo velke zpozdeni ... je to zoufale
Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Better time
Pros: No
Cons: Paid Business class and got an economy seat away from my wife
Cons: Check in counter opened 1 hour 40 minutes before departure with only one agent.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Late departure with no information given!!
Cons: The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours, I think it was a bit too much for the flight that it is itself less than two hours
Pros: Fast boarding
Cons: No delays
Cons: No delay please!
Cons: The loading process could have been clearer, there were lines for zones 1 and 2 but none for 3 till I pointed it out. By the time I got on board a cranky old man was in my seat and there was limited overhead storage availability.
Cons: All ☹️☹️
Cons: Flight was 90 minutes late. Crew was nice.
Pros: Seat were good and service.
Cons: Food could’ve been better. No snacks either.
Pros: Boarding was okay. No water or entertainment at all so don’t expect it.
Cons: At least water would be nice.
Cons: hot plane smells fuel old plane no drinks no food
Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: Our luggages were late for two days in both ways! Surely they have to do something about this
Pros: Nothing
Cons: everything ground crew lazy and not polite no space at all in the plane, night flight, talking too much during the flight
Cons: We have been waiting for taking off more than one and half an hour in the board. Management should be better.
Cons: The landing at CDG
Pros: The flight was very smooth
Cons: No food, only water, no entertainment
Cons: Flew 5x times with CSA this summer , never on time
Cons: Plane was smaller than what I thought it would be.
