Pros (+) The hotel was very secure. The room was quite comfortable.
Cons (-) I was disappointed that online the hotel is advertised as having an airport shuttle available, and there was none. Also, online there is mention of breakfast being included. It is available at an additional cost.

Pros (+) I want to start out with the presentation of the hotel. Very modern and chic. I loved it. We got to the hotel before check in and we were exhausted from a 8 hour trip. The lady let us check in earlier and I wish I would have gotten her name because she made our first solo hotel reservation experience a joy. The rooms were spacious and had individuality that some hotels don't have. I will go back f...
Cons (-) I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. I also didn't like that they charged a $75 fee just in case we did something to the room. There was a staff member who didn't really seem welcoming but I won't hold it against the hotel or the staff member himself since everyone has an off day

Pros (+) Surprisingly affordable for such a beautiful place From the grand lobby to the beautiful room this place was perfect. The employees couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating
