Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable. The reservation. Through kayak was affordable.
Cons (-) Understaffed. The staff was there was not trained and didn't know how to work the computer. He notified me that everyone had been fired and the general manager has quit. He initially gave me a room key that when I went to the room it was already being occupied. So I had to go back down to the front desk and get another room key.
