Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location and comfortable beds. The service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others mention issues with housekeeping and management. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several reviews noting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Bathrooms weren’t clean, sheets were dirty, my daughters slept in the chairs because they were so tired
Pros (+) The hotel is inclusive, and the rooms are clean. Most of the staff I encountered were friendly. Overall, the stay was a good experience.
Cons (-) Some areas seem to not be updated and well taken care of. The pool room was empty of clean towels, dirty towels were scattered around, and the hot tubs were outdated and not as warm as most hot tubs.
