Cons (-) The pillows were mush and way too soft. There was noise; but when I called the desk, Michelle came and addressed the complaints. The air conditioner was blowing - even though I put the heater on 78. And the system itself, clanked and banged all night, making it hard to fall asleep.

I put it down to find sheets that we left were entirely the wrong size. Called down, at 2am, to get a comforter or blanket, which wasn't left, and they brought a fitted mattress pad for the wrong sized bed, but no comforter.
