8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice aesthetic for the room, and a very reasonable price.
Cons: The bathroom was terrible, and that’s something I majorly judge nice hotels on. It was definitely clean, but the shower was tiny (I could barely move) and the shower head holder was broken, so I had to hold the shower head or put it down to do anything. Due to the shower already being tiny and the shower curtains being poorly designed, water went everywhere and it was the least relaxing shower experience I have ever had.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So very close to everything. And what a view
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Although we stayed for one day at the Kastalia Hotel i relaxed a lot since the mattress was great! The staff was kind and very keen on helping and giving us several tips on where to eat.
Cons: Nothing negative to mention. Delphi is a very small place suited for 2-3 days to relax far from the city. So consider visiting Arachova which is 10-mins by car to see a bigger town and to party at weekends on nightclubs.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was not only great in every way that could be expected; they allowed us to check out at 2 pm without notifying them beforehand. If they hadn't, we would either not have seen the site or paid a lot more.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, good price, food disappointing
Cons: food
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We only stayed for a night but the room was nice, quite spacious and clean! Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also nice :)
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location to ferry
Cons: The shower
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and cosy, with nice view of the valey. The hotel provides all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast was amazing with delicious food and big variety of sour and sweet things. Breakfast room has also breathtaking view to the mountains and the sea. The staff was polite and smiling. Location is 10min away from arachova and very close to delfoi museum. Kastalia boutique hotel is a great choice.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are spacious and very clean. I assume that the majority of them have great view to the sea.
Cons: Some of the furniture have been renewed. It would be great if gradually the whole room will be redecorated.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff weren’t welcoming. I found that the man at the front desk didn’t think we had a reservation at first with the way he was looking at us- didn’t feel welcoming. Nothing was discussed about the location or the wifi, breakfast etc. he just handed over the keys with little conversation.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful large old hotel with a stunning view of the bay. Lots of character with a bar and restaurant and big gardens on site also a pool (out of action in winter). Outdated but large and charming rooms with stunning views. Super comfortable beds. Large spread at breakfast
Cons: Shame about the orange juice at breakfast; could have been real fresh orange juice rather than concentrate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A stay at this hotel is exactly what I needed! Arriving into the hotel it has an excellent location in Delphi. The lounge and reception have a stunning view that stretches over the olive groves to the seaside town of Itea, with beautiful Galaxidi beyond this over the Corinthian Gulf and mountains in the distance. The staff were brilliant - polite, friendly, helpful, everything you could ask for. The design of the hotel itself is great; a glamorous sort of 60s style, very elegant. The rooms were warm, the bathrooms were huge, and the breakfast was great. I adored the view from our huge balcony - the purple sunset, the rising sun clearing the mist, the utter peace. Not only would I stay here again, but I would consider checking out the other Amalia hotels in Greece!
Cons: Just a few tiny things couldn't been improved. For me the mattress was much too soft, although my partner said it was good for his back. We had two single beds plus an extra bed for a friend who was staying in the room. We had asked for a double and an extra single, but now I think about it the arrangement the hotel made for us makes more sense..! Perhaps it would be nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee in the room just to add a little more luxury, but then again calling room service up (which came promptly) is arguably a lot more luxurious!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Common areas and room need some refreshment
Cons: Breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything exceptional, exceeded expectations. Reception was very nice and we could leave our luggage for a couple hours while we visited Delphi. Breakfaste great as well and the room had great views.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly people good breakfast good location
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location - 3 minutes drive from the Delphi ancient site. Decent breakfast.
Cons: The hotel guests were very noisy at 7 AM on a Sunday morning. You could hear everything from the room. Old fashioned decor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is right down town but when we got there we had to transfer to another hotel owned by the same company. It wasn’t far, just kind of a pain after a long day of travel. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Cons: The man working at night had difficulty interacting in English. We wanted an extra pillow (we had a wonderful king sized bed with only two very thin pillows. There was one extra in the cupboard but what were my husband and I supposed to do, fight over it?) and the guy straight up said we couldn’t have another. I know it seems like a stupid thing but it was a nicer hotel, and they should give you an extra pillow!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location Big bed
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean. The location of the hotel was great. Just in the middle of all cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The stuff was very kind too.
Cons: The room had none sound isolation unfortunately and we were hearing all the noises from near rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms on the third floor had nice view, and the beds where comfy
Cons: You could hear everything from the next room....and I mean everything!no sound proof walls!
10.0 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast and the view.
Cons: Most of the times we couldn't connect to internet via hotel's WiFi.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else! They upgraded us to a balcony with sea view. The breakfast was massive(a bit too much to choose from...I couldn't decide). Big tv with English spoken films. Soft and fresh beds. And lonely staff too
Cons: The fairy lights on the balcony didn't get switched off at night, so blinked around the curtains...i struggle to sleep sometimes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay at this hotel and our visit to the spectacular sites around Delphi—the Sanctuary of Apollo and the Sanctuary of Athena are breathtaking and only a few minutes drive from the hotel. The staff at the Nidimos Hotel are wonderfully gracious, friendly and competent, the room is very clean and comfortable, the bed was great and we had a corner room with a view out our balcony of the sea and white snow-capped mountains. It was beautiful! We appreciated that we could just turn on the tap or shower and get hot water. In almost all other places we stayed in Greece, we had to remember to turn on the hot water and wait 20-30 minutes for it to heat up. So this was very nice. Of course it’s still difficult to make the adjustment of not flushing the toilet paper, but this was an adjustment we had to make throughout Greece and even in some other countries in Europe. So it’s just an adjustment. The hotel is located at one end of the main street which is lined with restaurants and little shops. Many of the restaurants have been built with large picture windows and balconies that face the view of the sea and mountains. You’ll have a great view from any of them. We appreciated that there was underground parking under the hotel and an elevator—teensy tiny—but large enough for one person and two suitcases so no need to carry any bags up the stairs to the lobby or your room. Should you choose to go for a walk off the main street which is more or less on one level, everywhere else is reminiscent of San Francisco—steep staircases—beautiful and well worth the workout, but be prepared for lots of stairs. Unfortunately we had to leave very early, at 6am. which meant we missed the breakfast that was included with the cost of our room, but one of the staff got up early to prepare a cup of coffee for my husband before we left. This was very nice of him and very much appreciated by my husband. This hotel was a wonderful experience and we’d highly recommend it!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and the view were amazing. We loved that the hotel gave us the corner room and a queen-size bed. The breakfast was also quite adequate. Very warm rooms, inside they were sparkling clean and quite nice.
Cons: Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy. The soundproofing is very bad in the rooms. We could hear the neighbours next to us and on the floor up. The soundproofing was so bad we thought we left the door open.
Varonos - Delphi - Building
8
8.6 Excellent (421 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Varonos in Delphi, you'll be a 5-minute walk from Sikelianos Museum and 8 minutes by foot from Delphi Archaeological Museum. Featured amenities include express check-in, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location.
Cons: No complaints.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The attic room had a great view from the small balcony and nice double doors to access it. The room wa a triple and both the full and twin bed were very comfortable. Even with two beds the room was not crowded. The breakfast was good. The location in the center of Delphi was excellent, and the room was very quiet since it faced the mountains, valley and gulf without being on the street. We’d highly recommend the hotel.
Cons: In the attic room, the ceiling slopes and on one side of the full bed was a bit low for me at 6’3. Next time I’d sleep on the other side of the bed...
7.1 Good
Pros: Good value for a budget hotel.
Cons: "Free Parking" is really just street parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The sea view was magnificent from personal balcony. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Always greeted us with a smile. Beds comfortable and good a/c in spacious room with fridge. Shower plus bath for a hot soak was very welcome after long day of travelling Service was excellent. Breakfast choice amazing. Check in and out was a breeze.
Cons: Would have been nice to have tea making facilities in room, just a little kettle & a cup would be great for those who need a morning cup of tea before facing the day ! Otherwise everything was great
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was well priced and the breakfast was included in the rate with good choices. The room has a great view.
Cons: The room was quite small and you weren’t able to leave the aircon/power on when out, meaning you came home to a hot room and fridge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Could add scrambled eggs, but not necessary. All else excellent.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Great breakfast. Fantastic view from our balcony. Walking distance to several resturants and stores.

Pros: Good location
Cons: None of our two tv’s worked, beds were uncomfortable, didn’t have face clothes, when we tried to call front desk we got no answer, when we tried to pay by credit card we got the excuse that the batteries for the POS were dead, and the facility was very dated and tired looking.

Olympic Hotel - Delphi - Building

With a stay at Olympic Hotel in Delphi, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Sikelianos Museum and Delphi Archaeological Museum. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly people. Nice location. Breakfast was included and quite good. Many restaurants nearby and the main tourist sight is at walking distance.
Cons: No elevator and room was a little dark.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff. English was not that good, but still sufficient. The talks were rather fun actually. Room was clean and spacious. Functional airco available on request. Hotel looks really cozy due to furniture and its building style. Friendly owners.
Cons: It is a "spring mattress" which I'm not used to. As soon as you enter your bed you notice/feel the springs, but to be frank it didn't affect my sleep quality. Perhaps to others? Finding a parking spot for your car, so yes you can park your car alongside the road, but it's quite busy with other cars and the road itself is one of the main roads so a lot of traffic too. The first night we had to park in front of the old Vouzas hotel (10 car spots). It's not within 1 min distance, but 350m. Note: if you don't mind walking then it's fine and by the way, almost all hotels in Delphi have the private parking so parking was inconvenient but I is for sure not a deal breaker.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic View. Generous Breakfast
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location. Balcony opened onto an incredible view of mountains and sea.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful and the view from our balcony was stunning. Everything we needed they were there to help. The location is great to walk to all the sites.
Cons: It was a little noisy in the room but we were there during the busy holiday season.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location
Cons: Room as well as bath was quite small.
6.3 Good
Pros: Price
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is absolutely stunning, with views over the valley from the balcony, and the rooms are clean and functional. Good choice of reasonably priced restuarants very close, with the same stunning view. An easy walk the next day to visit the Delphi archeological sites and museum. The hotel is also only about 100 metres from the bus stop for Athens/Itea, so no long treks with luggage. In general it's a good idea to stay the night in Delphi. You get to take in the atmosphere much better than on a day trip, and can get into the site earlier, when the weather is cooler and before the coach parties from Athens arrive.
Cons: The only problem was that they weren't very good at replying to e mails after I'd booked, so I had to call to get directions.
7.2 Good
Pros: Affordable, convenient

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place can see the sea view.
6.7 Good
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: The price was very high (100€) for what it offered. The furniture and the bathroom facilities were very old, there was a bad odor coming out of the bathroom and the water was barely coming out of the tap.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Delphi is an amazing place, the hotel simple but decent, the manager lady very kind, hospitable and helpful
Cons: the main light didn't work but was fixed after two days,
8.5 Excellent

Cons: when you book a room make sure you pick a room "with a view", otherwise you will find yourself locked in a dark room with windows facing a wall
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was given a room with the view although I did not order it. This was probably due to plenty of rooms, but still I enjoyed it very much.

Pros: We had a balcony with a view. We really enjoyed sitting out in our balcony and enjoy a glass of wine. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing really. I’m trying to be picky and even then I can’t find anything to complain about.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Wonderful room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room and huge balcony -- room 503 corner suite on the top floor.
Cons: At the outer edge of town -- not really a problem for us but if you're wanting to be in the heart of the village you'll need to walk a bit, but not far!

Pros: Great.
Cons: Excellent service and location; very homely.

Pros: Really friendly & comfortable hotel at the end of the beachfront in Itea, we had an upgraded triple room with a separate area for our daughter, a big terrace with sea views, easy parking on the little square just outside & great breakfast! Just a stopover between touring the Peloponnese & Delphi but a very nice stay, walking along the seafront & finding restaurants there.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good located next to the beach, not far from the center with restaurants Nice rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff and good breakfast, quiet

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views are incredible. We spent hours on our little balcony. The staff is incredibly friendly and the area is wonderful.
Cons: A kettle and some coffee amenities in the room would be great.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible view of Delphi and the landscape and sea below it. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Plenty to eat for breakfast. Very kind, friendly owners ready to help with anything I requested.
Cons: The walls seemed a bit bare, the bathroom aging a bit. I would have liked fruit and olive oil in my breakfast, but perhaps I could have had it if I had asked; the owners were so helpful!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Castri is in the center of Delphi, but just off the main road so it is quiet. The view from our room was exceptional. Breakfast was plentiful, but not anything more than we have been used to in Greek hotels. The hosts were wonderful and the place was so amazingly clean!
Cons: Everything was fine, I cannot really think of anything to criticize. I would really recommend this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view from the balcony!! Loved the shower, plenty of hot water. The room was clean, even had a fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful and the recommendations for meals excellent. Breakfasts was adequate and got you off to a good start. This hotel was close to everything. This is a very good deal for the money.
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean room with excellent view from the balcony. They even saved us a parking place in front of the hotel
Cons: Room was very narrow and with the two extra beds we could hardly move. The extra beds were horrible, very uncomfortable. Several light bulbs were dead. Breakfast is a bare minimum, no fruit or vegetables... better stop by a bakery for a quick bite
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A simple clean room with everything we needed including fabulous views down to Itea from the balcony. Breakfast, again, was simple and continental style, but with enough choice to fill up on. It’s only 10 - 15 minutes walk to the site and museum, and there is parking on the street outside, so no need to contend with the traffic by the ticket office at the site. The owners are absolutely charming. The room was very good value for a prime tourist spot. NB. We found that some of the tavernas were full with tour groups when we went out to eat, so if you have a preferred one, it might be worth making a reservation.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location, near the village center and with a great balcony view
Cons: No parking, the breakfast was mediocre and the bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, nice and clean place. The owners are very nice and helped us a lot!! I left my mobile by accident in the room and only realized it when in Athens. When contacted them, they went into the trouble of couriering it to me in Athens!! What a lovely gesture!! Thank you!
Cons: I parked in the street which is very narrow. But since in winter, it was easy..

Pros: Warmly greeted by desk receptionist.
