This hotel is due for a refurbish, particularly in the common areas. Carpets worn in spots and not fresh nd clean appearing. The room itself was fine, carpet showing some wear in spots, bath was nice. Location is great, will be better once 16th St mall redo is furnished. A foul up on room rates, I had 2 rooms, but that is not hotels fault. This is a good option for a trip to Denver.

Pros (+) Close proximity to everything downtown. Mallride stop was just outside the door. Easily walk to shops, restaurants, bars, or convention center.
Cons (-) The front foyer area smelled awful.
