Pros (+) I liked my money being refunded secondary to the incredibly poor customer service, being moved to another room due to maintenance issues, and no refrigerator as advertised. The only plus to staying to here is that it is a direct road to the airport.
Cons (-) I didn't like paying for an upgraded room so I could see a sliver of the Puget Sound (not worth the extra charges between a traditional versus a deluxe room). I didn't like being treated poorly when we complained about maintenance issues or the lack of a refrigerator in the room. I definitely didn't like the fact that we had to move to another room due to the deadbolt not functioning properly. I d...

Pros (+) The lobby is the nicest part of the property. When we checked out I asked the nice young lady at the front desk why we had been placed in a substandard room in a nearly empty hotel. She apologized and offered to comp our parking charges. Still disappointing.
Cons (-) Four Points Seattle is a “no frills” hotel, the lobby does not reflect that fact, but the restaurant and rooms do. Our room was small and the two places to sit in the room were uncomfortable. The bed was ok to me, my wife hated it.
