I open the door, saw the cigarette burns on the bed cover, torn and stained. I shut the door and never came back

Pros (+) Easy access. Place felt pretty safe. Very friendly, courteous and helpful receptionist. That was a huge plus. She made the stay from July 11-12 worth it.
Cons (-) the room could have been cleaner - especially the carpet which was stained. Glad I brought my slippers. Also, lots of garbage piled in upper stairwell and next to elevators.
