Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially for events and city attractions, and many found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, including slow or unresponsive staff, housekeeping delays, and problems with amenities such as towels and room maintenance. While the location and overall cleanliness were strong positives, service inconsistencies detracted from some guests' experiences.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Great staff. Room was clean. View was excellent.
Cons (-) Room cards failed on numerous occasions. Kept nowhere near magnets or phones. First time right after check in was annoying but the third time after a concert with the elevators jam packed, not cool!
Pros (+) Close enough to walk to Tiger's games.
Cons (-) While approaching our room we could hear neighboring couple and son yelling and being loud. We turned right around and went back to front desk where we were quickly reassigned a quiet room overlooking...
