Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access various destinations and attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including rude or unprofessional staff, slow reception, and even reports of theft. Cleanliness was another recurring concern, with guests mentioning dirty rooms, poor housekeeping, and unpleasant odors. While a few guests had positive experiences with friendly staff or clean rooms, the overall sentiment was that improvements are needed in both service and cleanliness to ensure a satisfactory stay.
