Cons:
Shuttle driver treated bags badly and they were badly scratched just from airport to offsite location. Location is hard to find to return cars. Cheap up front rate uktimstely four times higher when essential navigation and insurance are added.2.0 Poor

Cons:
The terms and conditions state that the driver must hold a full licence for longer than 2 years. This is the case for me but I was refused hire due to the issue date on my UK licence being less than 2 years (since it was a replacement of my full Australian licence). It would have been a simple call to DVLA to confirm this was the case, but the staff member said there was nothing they could do and I was not allowed to hire a car.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
