Pros (+) The breakfast was good, and included both hot options and some "grab and go" items like 100g yogurt cups (perfect for going through airport security to eat on the plane) , peeled hard boiled eggs, pastries, and fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable. The linens were clean and plentiful.
Cons (-) The biggest problem was communication. I had a few questions about the airport shuttle, etc. The hotel does not have its own website, and since I was traveling, I couldn't easily call. I contacted Choice Hotels, the parent company, via social media and asked for an email address. They gave me the wrong one, so my inquiry never got through. Pros (+) We were a very tired family after a long travel. Within minutes of calling the hotel a shuttle was at the airport to pick us up. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The waffles in the morning were so good!
Cons (-) The room smelled of a strong deodarizer that overpowered us when we walked in. It was a none smoking room anyway, but it almost seemed as it if was used to cover up a bad smell.
