Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the airport, making it ideal for early flights and easy transportation with the efficient shuttle service. Many found the staff to be friendly and appreciated the good breakfast options. Spacious and comfortable rooms were frequently mentioned as a highlight. However, several guests noted significant noise issues due to proximity to the airport and poor soundproofing, and a few experienced problems with staff attitude, cleanliness, and extra fees for parking.AI-generated from customer reviews

Great hotel. The restaurant was closed due to being under renovation and due to covid and no room service available. They did offer microwave meals. Menu was limited, but inexpensive, this worked alright. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great hotel, but my mistake on that reservation date, it was the wrong date. The restaurant was closed due to being under renovation and due to covid and no room service available. They did offer microwave meals. Menu was limited, but inexpensive, this worked alright. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.
Pros (+) Great staff, we will go again and again...
Pros (+) Next to the airport
Cons (-) Shuttle drivers are sometimes in bad mood but they don't work for the hotel so they don't control that part of business
Pros (+) - the front desk was very helpful - excellent location - computer & printer available - shuttle bus to airport was on time - leave your car at the hotel while travel
Cons (-) - no valet parking - tiny small room - no proper door for the washroom with a broken lock - understaffed in the dining room only 2 servers and one pretty boy supervisor not much of a helper - over priced - the rooms are not sound proofed at all - needs renovation asap!
Pros (+) The room was so hot we checked out early and went somewhere else. We asked to be moved but they said no they would fix the air. Never fixed it. Spent all night sweating. Never going back ever!!!
Cons (-) The staff was over worked and seemed t not want to be bothered with guest comaints .
