Great hotel. The restaurant was closed due to being under renovation and due to covid and no room service available. They did offer microwave meals. Menu was limited, but inexpensive, this worked alright. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros (+) - the front desk was very helpful - excellent location - computer & printer available - shuttle bus to airport was on time - leave your car at the hotel while travel
Cons (-) - no valet parking - tiny small room - no proper door for the washroom with a broken lock - understaffed in the dining room only 2 servers and one pretty boy supervisor not much of a helper - over priced - the rooms are not sound proofed at all - needs renovation asap!

Pros (+) The room was so hot we checked out early and went somewhere else. We asked to be moved but they said no they would fix the air. Never fixed it. Spent all night sweating. Never going back ever!!!

Pros (+) We were extremely disappointed that we were not told when booking that the hotel is undergoing renovations and that the pool would be out of commission. Also there were no efforts to provide ice for guests since all ice machines were not working. They also had carpets cleaned but they were not dried completely leaving a musty smell in our room and hallways. However the food at the restaurant and t...

Pros (+) Everything was very good - location, comfort, helpfulness of staff. An excellent individually cooked breakfast is included. My luggage did not arrive with me, and staff were appropriately helpful and sympathetic.

Pros (+) Shuttle service to Airport from where we were able to get a shuttle to the car rental and on the next day access to the 747 bus which brought us downtown Montreal.
Cons (-) A lot of construction going on around the hotel with some noise.
