Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Dresden and its attractions on foot. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially at breakfast, and found the breakfast selection to be excellent and plentiful. However, some reviews noted issues with cleanliness, outdated room decor, and long wait times at check-in and for breakfast seating. While the service was generally appreciated, there were occasional complaints about untrained or insufficient staff and isolated incidents of unfriendliness. Overall, the positives of location, staff, and breakfast stood out most.

Pros (+) Proximity to heart of Dresden, easy walk to the Opera, pleasant rooms. Very pleasant staff. Gym is pretty good.
Cons (-) The breakfast buffet was too much money and wrong food for eating wisely. We found close by restaurants with a large cart service with more enjoyable options.
