Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, highlighting its proximity to markets, metro stations, and shopping areas. Some guests also found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, bed bugs, cockroaches, and lack of daily housekeeping. Many reviews also noted missing or inadequate amenities such as towels, fridges, and tea kettles. Service was criticized for being unresponsive or slow, and some guests found the facilities and bathroom hygiene lacking. Overall, while the location and some staff were appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and service.
