Pros (+) I spoke to a lady- Amy prior to my booking. She was the only kind person I came across and she upgraded our room to Superior since it was our anniversary
Cons (-) At about 2am, we both had Bed bug bites all our body, upon report to the reception and till date none has got back to us to apologize or to give us the feedback of the issue as promised.
