Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Some rooms were reported as clean and comfortable, and a few guests mentioned friendly staff and smooth check-in experiences. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, small or poorly maintained bathrooms, uncomfortable beds, and inconsistent service. Noise from neighboring rooms or the street, as well as occasional problems with heating and amenities, were also noted. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and service would enhance guest satisfaction.
