Pros (+) Room was clean.
Cons (-) Wall heater/Airconditioner was not plugged in to the wall. Where the plug should have been was a block off plate. Also the GFI electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. Had to plug my shaver in out at the bed. They knew the ac/heater was not going to work and removed the wall plug. And rented the room anyway.
Pros (+) The website indicated there was a refrigerator in every room and there is not. The guest book indicated you can get one for an additional fee. Also, there is 1 bank of elevators that is for an extended building. Kind of awkward and inconvenient.

Cons (-) The bed wasn't too comfortable . Also there were used towels laying around the pool area from earlier in the day. No complimentary breakfast for guest.
