Pros (+) Room was clean.
Cons (-) Wall heater/Airconditioner was not plugged in to the wall. Where the plug should have been was a block off plate. Also the GFI electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. Had to plug my shaver in out at the bed. They knew the ac/heater was not going to work and removed the wall plug. And rented the room anyway.
