Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city. Many appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, as well as the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. Parking availability was a plus for some guests. However, there were repeated complaints about the discomfort of the sofa beds, which affected the quality of sleep for several visitors. Overall, guests found the hotel to be a great base for their stay, with positive experiences outweighing the negatives.
