Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Cleanliness received mixed feedback: while some found rooms and public areas clean, others noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Bed comfort was also mixed, with some guests finding beds comfortable and others mentioning discomfort due to firmness or pillow size. Contemporary bar with a cosy, intimate feel, enjoyed sampling the cocktails in there. Check in/out was fast, efficient and friendly. Fou...
