Cons (-) I was not to keen on the some of the service from the bartenders in the pool area. Well it wasn't there fault that you guys closed out my deposit, and couldn't get drinks anymore. Even though you may of thought that we had checked out, but were still there.
Pros (+) Well first off I love everything honestly from my room to the casino to the food and the jacuzzis and everybody was happy well most of everybody but other then then that I will come again and again
Cons (-) It's just 1 thing I didn't like the front desk staff I'm not gone say all of them it was two women up there had a attitude for nun like I feel like if u don't feel like working just quit cause I was on vacation I didn't want to see or hear no negatively
Pros (+) Spa tower 13th floor, quiet, good view, clean rooms, plenty of hot water, parking garage free, food was good at Gilleys, staff friendly, not smoke filled as expected, payouts better than expected, just an overall first time stay pleasant experience.
Cons (-) Can not think of anything that was unsatisfactory. Thanks Choctaw for excellent customer service!

Cons (-) Planned a night at the casino for a friend's birthday so we booked two non-smoking rooms to accommodate the 5 people that would be there. Called the hotel desk the day of to confirm our arrival time. Once we got there, the hotel only had one room booked for us. Tara helped us secure a second room.
