Cons:
Tried for several days to cancel reservation. From Kayak was unable to cancel via my account as kept getting notice that I couldn‘t cancel a reservation under someone else‘s name (??). From enterprise website every time I clicked to modify the existing reservation it refreshed to starting homepage. And rental location did not pick up phone for 5-6 calls, and no other form of contact. Four days of unsuccessful attempts - huge waste of time and very frustrating!!2.0 Poor

This family run business was so easy and nice to deal with. I appreciated their practicality and dedication to service. With the help of KAYAK I found a very affordable rate too.Cons:
They called me the day before I was to drop it off. I didn't mind that but wished that they reminded me to fill up the gas tank before returning. My previous rental let me bring the vehicle in empty because I paid for the tank. I forgot with this one and had to go fill it up. Lucky I came early!10.0 Wonderful

The young fellow at the counter was very polite and helpful. He was so efficient. Everything I signed up for in the agreement was exactly as agreed upon. The cost was awesome and they even let me drop the nice Corolla at the airport as that was convenient for me. No extra charge.Cons:

Ana Maria was a great person to deal with. Customer service was par excellence. She was quick to point out the facts and help us out with the rental. Mike was courteous too. I was amazed at their customer service. Prompt and proactive.Cons:
The vehicle had some side pockets on the door that were not cleaned and there were food crumbs near the gear-shifter from previous rental. We had to wipe it clean with a wet towel and a disinfectant especially in this pandemic environment.10.0 Wonderful

The car has a slow leak in the right front tire. I wish I'd paid better attention to ensure the care had cruise control. Leaving the parkade on foot involves a trip through a nasty old stairwell and corridor where I thought I might get stabbed. The frost scraper was badly chipped and mostly useless. If pickup/dropoff was an option, I wasn't made aware of it.7.6 Good

I'm American. us. and his attitude of knowing everything makes every tourist feel bad. change it because we rent cars and the other will be in another company. It's very disgusting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager in particular took a few extra minutes to go over things with me, which i appreciated, given how rushed some car rental spots are. The car was virtually new and had a full tank of gas (always be paying attention to that). I had no problems on pickup or drop-off and everything was as expected.Cons:
I'd have to search for a complaint, but it would mostly be that the parkade isn't well lit which when you're doing your vehicle inspection on pickup could prove a costly problem if you miss something because you couldn't see well.10.0 Wonderful
