Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms, and some found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, there were significant complaints about cleanliness issues such as bed bugs, fire ants, and unpleasant odors. Several guests noted maintenance problems including broken showers, air conditioning, and security concerns. The breakfast received mostly negative feedback for being unorganized or lacking in variety, although a few guests enjoyed it. Overall, while some aspects like bed comfort and room size were praised, recurring issues with cleanliness, service, and amenities affected the overall experience.
