Always good beginnings with Enterprise!Pros:The CSR was super friendly. I was told I could drop it off at the most convenient location near my destination. The car included cruise control and got me there!Reviewed 29 Oct 2018

There's always something with EnterprisePros:The car was nice because it had cruise control and a nice radio. I got an upgrade but really sad trying to save money for my business.Cons:When I went to the Enterprise counter there was nobody there. I called the number they left and the phone across the counter rang. Icalled the 800 number and was told they could do nothing. I waited for 45 minutes agreet being 5 minutes after my check out time!Reviewed 11 Oct 2018
