Many found the staff to be friendly and welcoming, with some highlighting specific employees for their attentiveness. However, reviews were mixed or negative regarding cleanliness, with several guests mentioning issues with room and bathroom hygiene. Breakfast received neutral feedback, with some enjoying it and others wishing for more variety or better quality. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast variety, and bed comfort.
