Pros (+) comfortable, spacious, brightly lit area, yummy breakfast, affordable prices, friendly staff. we enjoyed our stay!
Cons (-) it was a bit noisy for a friday night, bringing around a sort of questionable crowed.. but nothing specifically with the motel itself

Pros (+) Room was clean and welcoming. Has mini fridge, large not small box. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and new looking. Carpet is older and stained but you don't go to a place for the carpet.
Cons (-) Wish smokers weren't smoking just outside their rooms but I guess that can't be helped :P
