Pros (+) Very quiet hotel in a decent location of Evanston...I would definitely stay there again. Good value for my stay...
Cons (-) The ELEVATOR! Lol It is very old and requires manual labor to operate! Also, the continental breakfast was misleading. It's danishes, coffee, tea, and OJ.

Pros (+) The hotel has a very European feel, with wide staircases, lovely common rooms, and old-wprld charm. Very clean and comfortable. A wonderful breakfast spread. The history of the building is an added interest factor.
Cons (-) It would be nice to have a small coffee maker in the room, there was none.
