Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's location due to the poor access road, which was frequently described as unpaved, full of potholes, and poorly signposted. Cleanliness and maintenance were also major concerns, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, old mattresses, and neglected facilities. However, many guests praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and some found the beds to be comfortable. Opinions on the restaurant were mixed, with some enjoying the food and others finding it lacking. Overall, while the service and bed comfort received positive remarks, significant improvements are needed in access, cleanliness, and maintenance.
