Pros (+) Front desk person was very nice. My daughter and her friend went to main area to look for snack. He opened up the breakfast bar and they were able to get cereal, milk and some fruit. He did not have to do that.
Cons (-) We ended up with a smoking room, but our papers said non-smoking. We stayed because it was very late when we arrived.
