Pros (+) Great value for money. Great location as the train station, food places and grocery stores were is about 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff members at the front desk were very friendly, polite and always willing to help. just to mention a few of them Mrs Iqra, Mrs Silvia, Mrs Reena, Mr Derar , Mr John and others. Thank you all for making my stay a memo...
Cons (-) Room lighting I think could be brighter. The gym needs an upgrade.

Pros (+) The italian restaurant and its staff on the ground floor is really interesting and a lot of fun :) Guinness on tap in the bar

Pros (+) The bathrooms are clean
Cons (-) They are not near the airport, there is no shuttle to the hotel. The beds feel like bed springs, the pillows are flat. The staff is on the rude side. The WiFi is not free. The cleaning staff knocks on the door repeatedly although the do not disturb sign is on the door. They do not have wash clothes.
