Guests are captivated by the palace's enchanting atmosphere, elegant architecture, and warm, professional service, with many highlighting the exceptional hospitality of staff, especially Mr. Mohamed. The breakfast and traditional cuisine are frequently praised for their quality and variety. Spacious and comfortable rooms also receive positive mentions. However, several guests express concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and occasional inconsistencies in room allocation and amenities, indicating that the property may not always meet five-star expectations.
