Pros: "Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals."
Cons: "Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive."
Pros: "Crew were very helpful. I had just had surgery and were very accommodating especially after I was very sick."
Cons: "Better leg room and organisation of the hand luggage in above lockers"
Cons: "Get what u pay for but all on time and efficient"
Cons: "They changed the gate all of a sudden and did not provide any entertainment or food"
Pros: "The crew were efficient."
Cons: "The flight left late. The seat was uncomfortable for me ( that is usual ) My major problem is that I was charged £247 and then a further £378 when I had to re book due to easy jet systems changing the dates. I am certain I booked the correct dates."
Cons: "On time would have been good and longer than 2 minutes to get to the gate after it came up on the board"
Pros: "Because of the fire to the Notre Dame Cathedral, trains were not stopping on the route we needed to get to to the airport. We left with plenty of time to spare, and because no one at the airline mentioned that delays could be a possibility due to this, we ended up missing our flight."
Cons: "I'm not usually one to complain, but this situation was very difficult and even dangerous. There was zero communication from the airline about this, and we'd appreciate if the airline could pay for our new airfare and our Uber ride from the train station to the airport."
Pros: "Clean plane with reasonable knee room. Crew was polite and friendly. Bag drop was fast and friendly.. Flight left a little last due to ATC issues but landed at the scheduled time."
Cons: "The departure gate was horrible. Very crowded with NO seats. We had to stand around for half an hour."
Cons: "The flight was delay for 20 minutes other than that is fine"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Check in was dreadful. Staff was not helpful. We were running late due to a connection and the employee told us to wait in line bc there was plenty of time. 15 minutes later and 15 minutes before boarding I went to front again where another woman said yes you need to check bags. Your site is not clear on baggage but that is pricey and should be stated more clearly. The range you state is nonsense. They charge the highest rate listed. There is no range. We boarded a bus to the plane which was also dreadful. We were in very last row. The only positive was that the flight was short!"

You get what you pay for with RyanAir. This was a €60 round trip from Stockholm and every piece of it was just excruciating, from the plane being delayed by more than an hour, to having to stand out on the tarmac in the darkness at 3C and wind to wait for the plane to disembark its previous flight (why they do this is just cruel), to the crew keeping the lights on the entire flight despite it being so late so they could walk through the aisles and try to sell things. I always say “never again!” after flying RyanAir, but somehow end up getting lured by the prices…

Pros: "I got there nearly on time"
Cons: "65% of customers had priority so a bun fight to get on. We then tried to use the faster entry on non priority to get into the lounge and were sent back to the priority queue. families with kids weren't given the option of getting on first. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of space for bags."
Pros: "Like? Nothing! Extortion at its best. Will not recommend. Will never fly with them again. Shame on you Jaysk for supporting them."
Cons: "If their system worked and I could have checked in online instead of being charged an extra $170 something dollars at the gate. Oh and them not charging me another $100 for my luggage the second flight that I swear I paid for...terrible."
Pros: "Cabin crew very good, lovely flights out and back but food sparse. Lots in the in flight magazine but seemingly little on board. I was v hungry!! Mr O'Leary, love the cheap flights and booking system fine but you could make more money from better food options. Pity."
Cons: "Much waiting in line for most of an hour bofore gate opens and incredibly slow inflight food service"
Pros: "Cheap flight. Crew was quick about getting us on the flight."
Cons: "The person in front of you is basically sitting in your lap. Tiny seats width wise and leg room is only comfortable if you are 5’4 or shorter....the flight was late we missed our take off window and had to sit there for an hour."
Pros: "Price and punctually."
Cons: "As mentioned being separated by the “ random computer choice of seats. We were put rows apart both with empty seats either side of us, we fly lots and only Ryanair and Jet2 do this."
Pros: "The lady at the boarding gate was nice, she issued the tickets before we gave her the voucher that we paid. Because the plane was leaving"
Cons: "We didn’t aware that we need to pay 55€+vat per ticket because we didn’t check in online. I was really angry"
Pros: "We started boarding much earlier than the time on the ticket, but still left on time."
Cons: "The pilots landed in the wrong terminal (it was a domestic Spanish flight but we landed with international flights), so we all had to wait in the airport together without receiving any information for about 20 minutes. The woman working at the airport was very calm and helped us understand the mistake. We are lucky that we didn’t have a connection. I don’t understand how this could happen."
Pros: "The price"
Cons: "They are delayed all the time. Missed the last train going home, ended up sleeping at the airport"
Cons: "30 min Delay - boarding 1 hour day on the tarmac before take off 30 min Delay - disembarking 2hr delay - getting our bags off Zero information throughout"

Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.

Everything could have been better. Check-in was the worst. Staff was extremely slow for checking in. They were easily spending 10-15 minutes for every passenger. I almost missed my flight because there was huge line at Immigration also.

Pros: "The flight was on time. Luggage was handled well. Coach seats were okay with decent space. I had read some negative reviews but our experience was satisfactory."
Cons: "Customer service could have been better but they did do their job getting us there."
Pros: "The crew really was excellent! Superb landing. I didnt feel a bump."
Cons: "It was a great flight! I could have been upgraded to business class but other than that...superb"
Pros: "The crew was great! Kind, helpful and very efficient. Smooth landing by the pilots. Good communication also."
Cons: "Boarding was very rough and disorganized. My seat was broken . Had to sit in an unhinged recline the entire flight because all seats were taken. Old plane. Two over head bin doors kept opening during turbulence. Would have been nice to be able to purchase better meal options."
Pros: "The flight crew where great, and that’s about it"
Cons: "Old aircraft, worn seats, no electrical outlets, no in seat entertainment, you must download their entertainment AP before boarding."
Pros: "Crew was nice . Boarding was relatively easy"
Cons: "WiFi didn’t work, long haul flight with absolutely NO entertainment. Food was below average as was seat comfort"
Pros: "Crew rude and seat aren't comfortable.also didn't get my 4 piece of luggage...I'm still waiting yet!"
Pros: "Great crew."
Cons: "Flight was delayed by about half hour & so was arrival."
Pros: "Comfortable business class & very responsive airplane staff."
Cons: "Royal Air Maroc flight boarding was poor with delayed departure due to “loading of bags as per airline announcement."

We bought tickets for £30 from kayak but we paid £55 for check in to rayan , they slaught us

Flight was delayed so long we missed our second flight. Entire trip had to be cancelled. Ryanair refused to help us.

Stanton airport is outdated, pure equiped, airport. Fire alarms, power outages is a common routine, wich result ir flights delay , additional money spending and huge gathering of people in airport wich is unsafe.

After you made us check-in I tried to add a suitcase in the internet and also to get help by chet. Nothing work and we pay 60 pounds at Airport. Comper to Easyjet to do the same, was easy and customer friendly.

Boarding was like being hoarded like cattle, all penned in in an area way to small

I missed the flight from Manchester to Dublin because of poor informations from Aer Lingus and the airport, no possibility to check in online, they don't respond to phone calls, I had to buy another tickets to enable me travel to Dublin from Manchester. I want my money to refund.

I were there 20min before departure and they didn’t let me on the board with 5 other people, after all they admitted it was their(Ryanair) fault.

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.

To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.

What I liked new airplane Sitting was extremely uncomfortable! Crew not smiley at all Always chewing gum

The flight was cancelled just 4 hours before the take off...

No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.

Pros: "The food and beverage selection as always. The seat was quite pleasant as well."
Cons: "Crew forgot to serve me when doing meal service. I got up and food but found it interesting that 2 flight attendants walked right by me without saying anything. The flight was late departing and arriving."
