Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly in this family run hotel. They answered my email queries helpfully in italian and english. We were on a cycling holiday and used the hotel as first and last night stays, leaving our bike flight baggage with them. This was no problem at all. They recommended local good places to eat as well as organising taxis to airport and explaining how to get to Rome for the day. Highly recommended - will use again

Pros: This hotel is convenient to the airport, provides a shuttle at a reasonable rate (for Rome anyway!), has a decent continental breakfast and wifi. The staff was very friendly and acommodating. Tiny room was clean and quiet.

Pros: The best part about this hotel is how close it is to FCO airport. It made our departure extremely easy.
Cons: Our room was a little musty when we arrived, it wasn't a huge issuse, but the hotel was also very hard to find in the small city of Fiumicino. Once we found it though, it wasn't a problem.

Pros: Quiteness. Rooms were clean, there was bottled water in the room. Bed was cozy. Internet was functioning well and without extra cost.
Cons: Room was not very spacious and in the evening if was quite dark.

Pros: Emailed the hotel to inform them that our plane didn't get in until 22-10 and certainly wouldn't be able to get there before 23-00 when reception would be closed I received a nice reply saying that they would stay open for us until 24-00. We arrived at 23-20 and were greated by a very friendly and helpful member of staff.

Pros: The room was lovely & clean. Fairly new I would say with fridge, kitchenett ect in it.
Cons: This hotel was chosen for our last night of our tour of Europe & we were due to fly fdrom Fiumincino airport net day. We had problems getting there as the last stop on the metro was not within walking distance to the hotel so we had to go into the bar at the station & ask them to arrange a taxi to come & collect us. This cost us more than it should have as the drivere could not find the hotel as it was set right in the middle of a residential area. Looking back what we should have done was to go direct to the airport & arrange for their shuttle bus to collect us. This was only 6 euro's per person. Lesson learnt.

Pros: We only stayed one night, but the room was excellent. We would definitely stay there again. Also, it's only 3 km from the airport, which was a plus.
